Shipping Overview

All Kua orders are shipped from Accra, Ghana via DHL Express.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, and we do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Because many of our pieces are handmade, processing times may vary slightly.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, most international orders arrive within 3–5 business days via DHL Express.

Important Notes

• Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
• Address changes after shipment may incur additional charges.
• Orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned to sender may require additional shipping fees to be re-delivered.

Once your order has been handed over to DHL, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. While we always do our best to support you, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Taxes & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included at checkout and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us with your order details and reason for return.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition and packaging

Please include your original invoice when returning your item.

• Custom pieces, sale items, and discounted items are final sale

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
