Simply browse the site, add your pieces to cart, and check out. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Send us an email as soon as possible and we’ll take a look.

Most of our pieces are made in small batches. If something you love is sold out, feel free to reach out — we may be able to remake it or suggest something similar.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Once shipped, most international orders arrive within 3–5 business days via DHL Express.
All orders are shipped from Accra, Ghana.
Depending on your country, customs duties or taxes may apply. These are set by your local government and are not included at checkout.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Once your order has been handed over to DHL, delivery timelines are managed by the carrier. Delays can happen occasionally, but we’re always here to help if you need us.

Many of our pieces are handmade by skilled artisans. This means no two pieces are exactly the same — and that’s part of what makes Kua special.
We work with a mix of high-quality materials including gold-filled metals, natural stones, leather, and locally sourced elements from Ghana. You can learn more on our Materials page.

Our gold-filled pieces are designed to last and resist tarnishing. Some plated pieces may naturally change over time, especially with regular wear.
With proper care, all your pieces will maintain their beauty for as long as possible.
We recommend storing your pieces properly and avoiding exposure to water, chemicals, and harsh conditions. You can find full care instructions on our Product Care page.
We use a mix of genuine leather and vegan leather, carefully selected for quality, durability, and design.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can return it within 10 business days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
Please email us as soon as possible with your order details and a photo of the item. We’ll make it right.
